The assessment process provides a basis for board education and planning and is the first step toward optimal board performance.

The board self-assessment analysis includes:

  • Enhanced report that shows the full picture at a glance, along with focus areas and benchmarks against our national database and your board’s historical performance
  • A governance development plan that you create in partnership with your Customer Success Manager to provide the board with an improvement framework for the coming year
  • An optional one-hour complimentary phone call to discuss the results with a Governance Institute Expert
