Simone Bellamy is Assistant Corporate Secretary for Saint Peter’s Healthcare System. She manages the system’s corporate governance department and provides an outstanding member experience for its board of governors. Simone is also Founder of Board Pro Coach, where she leverages over 16 years of experience to guide start-up organizations, non-profit boards, and board professionals to achieve success. Past projects include governance strategies and technology migrations. Simone also has a passion for developing and implementing methods for increasing productivity, reducing cost, and improving efficiency.

A continual learner, Simone pulls from a diverse educational background, including degrees from Rutgers University (Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice) and Pepperdine University (Masters in Learning Technologies), and a certificate in Non-Profit Leadership from the Board Leadership Institute at Seton Hall University. In 2018, Simone authored The Board Portal Transition Guide: Practical Solutions for Managing Paperless Board Meetings (Kindle) to empower governance support professionals to lead transitions to paperless meetings with confidence.
