Julie Dresback serves as the Director of Corporate Governance at St. Luke’s Health System in Idaho. She closely engages with the executive team overseeing governance for the system and its various boards and committees that serve communities across a large geographic footprint. Julie plays a pivotal role in ensuring the organization's compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices, collaborating closely with top executives and board members to drive strategic initiatives and enhance governance frameworks. She has been instrumental in leading various projects and initiatives within St. Luke’s Health System, including the standardization and implementation of new processes and programs such as board recruitment, board education, orientation and onboarding, member recognition, and assessments. Her expertise in corporate governance is complemented by her ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders and her commitment to organizational excellence.

Julie completed her undergraduate degree in communications at Whitworth University in Washington state and earned a master's degree in organizational communication and information studies from Rutgers University in New Jersey.
