Jane Hogan serves as Program Director, Legal Affairs at Children’s Health System of Texas in Dallas, Texas. In her role, Jane directs the governance function across the health system. She engages board and committee members in the furtherance of annual governance objectives and acts as the point of contact to senior management and staff to ensure a consistent governance approach is delivered.

Jane holds a Bachelor of Arts in communication from the University of Cincinnati and a certificate in paralegal studies from Southern Methodist University. She is certified by the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) as an Advanced Certified Paralegal.
