Dr. Rita Numerof is Cofounder and President of Numerof & Associates, Inc. Through her dedication, leadership, and passion, the firm is entering its third decade of continuous growth and success.

Dr. Numerof focuses on dynamic industries that are challenged to develop new business models in order to adapt to major changes in their markets. Among them are industries that are critical to global economic growth—financial services, healthcare delivery, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, telecommunications, and major industrial manufacturers. Dr. Numerof has addressed such diverse issues as population health, accountable care, bundled pricing, consumer engagement, retail strategies, and the identification of growth platforms that provide sustainable differentiation through economic and clinical value. She is also an expert on effective product commercialization based on value propositions that matter to key constituencies. A writer for the Heritage Foundation on accountable care organizations, she has led a tri-partisan, cross-industry work group on payment reform, and developed recommendations for new payment models that incent better health outcomes at lower cost.
