Being a healthcare provider in today’s economy means delivering high-quality care and finding some way to cover the enormous costs associated with it. Once a hospital begins a downward financial spiral, turning the organization around is a daunting task and it is difficult to know where to start. Bill McGuire, president and CEO of Kaleida Health, came to the organization three years ago at a time of crisis, specifically for the purpose of taking it out of crisis mode and turning it into a healthy, financially stable healthcare provider for the communities it serves.
