The healthcare reform bill has been signed into law. While many implementation issues have yet to be worked out, hospital and health system boards need to start preparations. We have drawn from 2010 Conference presentations to help your organization deal with the impact of healthcare reform.
This program is divided into two parts. This first DVD looks at the current economic situation and how healthcare reform may affect hospitals. A second DVD (Part Two) will explore how institutions can prepare for the future. (Part Two will be available in June.)
