Several Governance Institute member hospitals and systems have publicly declared their organization’s aims for a specific 5 Million Lives Campaign intervention or for their organization-wide effort to reduce harm or mortality. Their aims were announced at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement’s (IHI’s) 5 Million Lives Campaign "National Action Day" on June 20th.
