Dealing with Disruptive Colleagues & Unprofessional Behavior

What are the consequences of disruptive physician behavior and why is it so often tolerated? While disruptive behavior can frequently be understood, it cannot be excused. While only a few physicians behave badly, tolerance for that behavior hurts everyone, especially patients. This session will discuss this issue, why it occurs, and how to effectively deal with it.
