The Governance Institute has long been recognized for its impact on the professional development of its conference attendees and members. As a result, we are proud to be able to offer Continuing Education Credits that are accepted by the most prestigious organizations in healthcare. Recognizing the outstanding quality of information and presentation at The Governance Institute conferences, attendees can now receive hours* of continuing education credits per conference.

ACCME Approved

The Governance Institute is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education* for physicians. The Governance Institute takes responsibility for the content, quality, and scientific integrity of this CME activity.

As mandated by the ACCME, all faculty participating in continuing education programs sponsored by The Governance Institute are expected to disclose to the program audience any real or apparent conflict of interest related to the content of their presentations.
 


American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE)
(Category II credit)

The Governance Institute is authorized to award hours* of preapproved Category II (non-ACHE) continuing education credit for this program toward advancement or recertification in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Participants in this program wishing to have the continuing education hours applied toward Category II credit should list their attendance when applying for advancement or recertification in ACHE.
 


The Governance Institute now provides nursing continuing education contact hours for conference sessions attended by Nurse Executives and Nurse Board Members. Nurses completing the evaluations will receive a certificate with CE contact hours following the conference. Nursing continuing education provided by Nenner Enterprises, Inc. Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider # CEP 15191.
